Return & Exchange Policy

  

We do not accept any returns and refunds for all online order. We do not accept style or size exchanges (as size chart are provided for every article).

 

We can only accept return for exchange under these following conditions:

 

  • The product that you received have a manufacturing fault
  • The product remained unwashed, unworn, unused with its original hang tag and label
  • The product isn’t a part of SALE Item with special Terms and Conditions 
  • The request for return should be submitted within 7 working days after the product have been received by the customer

 

Customer should bear all the required shipping cost. We can only give you exchange while stock last. If the product is out of stock, we can only give you refund in the form of store credit.
